Shipping policy

We ship worldwide!

Production takes 4-10 business days - design and printing. 

Each photo is reviewed carefully and optimized by our design team.
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped out - please be advised to add processing time to your shipping estimated times.

Shipping Estimates

Free Shipping: 
12-25 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays) 

Yes you will definitely receive a tracking number.

Tracking numbers can take up to 4 days to be added after fulfilling and shipping the parcel.
If over 2 weeks have passed and you do not have a tracking number, please email us - Help@gofacecards.com

All changes must be made to an order within 2 hours after the time which it was placed. Keep in mind that our designers will work on your product directly after your order has been placed! Any adjustment after 2 hours is not promised.

Please make sure you check your junk mail/spam folder to ensure it hasn't ended up in there.
 
Another common reason this happens is that you may have entered the incorrect email at checkout. Please send us an email from your preferred email address for assistance.

Returns and exchanges

Unfortunately, since our products are personalized one-of a kind, You cannot ship it back to us. However, in case your product arrived broken/harmed, we will  issue a refund right away. Because of the nature of our custom products, we cannot offer refunds for a product that arrived with bad printing - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY OUR PHOTO GUIDE TO ENSURE BEST RESULTS! 

Please be advised that Facecards has no return policy because of the nature of our personalized  one-of a kind products. 
However, if something doesn't look right or is defective, we'll rectify the situation for you immediately.

Order cancelations are allowed up to 1 hour after you submitted your order. anything thereafter will require a 30% cancelation fee, The reason is because once your order is submitted we are starting to work on it right away.On some occasions we will be able to issue a refund/ cancel your order beyond 1 hour at no cost, it just depend, Email us. 

Our products have been tested by our team and we always focus on quality rather than quantity, If your product arrived broken/harmed, we will issue a refund right away.
